Wedding Budgeting Aspect What To Consider

There is numerous aspect of the wedding that needs to be budgeting, mostly a wedding couple want the best of everything concerning their wedding ceremony.

But in budgeting you need think carefully what need to have or not to for your wedding checklist.
Here are some matters to consider if you are planning a wedding on a budget:

Wedding Planner – Whether you want to hire or not, it up to your need and budgeting. But I find using wedding planner can be helpful and stress free, because they organize all the things we need. Also you could choose theme for your wedding and the wedding planner provide unique wedding ideas for you. What to be done and all the little things such as flower bouquet, meeting with all vendors to make your wedding goes smooth and merry.
Wedding dressWedding dress for brides can quite be expensive, but if you on the low cost budgeting you can always rent for the used one. But if not, you can make a new one specifically design for your special wedding theme. Choose your designer that understands about your shape of body, so that it will perfectly suit you and it must comfortable when you wearing it, since you will be wearing for whole day of your wedding.

Wedding Invitation – How much? You need to answer this question alone. The wedding invitation card price may vary depending how big the card, what paper used, and a lot of things contain in producing invitation card for your memorable wedding. Try to look around first to many services that provide it.

Food for your wedding - Price and quality do not always go together when it comes to food. I've been to pricey wedding reception with terrible food. And I have been to low budget weddings where the food was fabulous. It's very important to ask around for thoughts about numerous wedding catering and if possible go for a sampling before taking a caterer. Also, buffets are mostly less expensive than a sit down dinner.

Location for your wedding - If you are looking to save money, consider having your wedding ceremony in a park or different outside area, even a friend's backyard. But if you’re up to the budget you could find wedding venues for special elegant wedding ideas to implement it.
Time - Weekend evenings are the busiest time for weddings and you will pay a premium for them.

Music for your wedding - DJs are in general much cheaper than live bands. Budget for your wedding music can quite be expensive, but if want to create elegant wedding theme, I suggest you take full band instead, with the violin, cello, piano and string guitar to serenade in wedding reception. Or if money is particularly tight for your wedding music budget, consider not having music or just playing your own or ask for your friends and relative that have talent in music to perform in your wedding. Sometimes it will make the atmosphere lively.

Flowers in your wedding - Prices for flowers can vary wildly from florist to other. It really pays to shop around. Also, if you use flowers that are in season and available locally you will save money. Out of season flowers have to be shipped from other parts of the world and you will pay considerably extra for them. Or alternatively you could mix fresh flowers and artificial flowers selection in your wedding reception. Ask for your wedding decorator to put the fresh one for example in your wedding tables, and maybe the artificial around the venue mixed with the fresh ones.

Wedding Gift – Gift made especially for your wedding by souvenir maker or if you want to be creative you could make your own to be special. Try to browse books and internet related to make your wedding gift for your guest of your wedding.

Wedding Photograph - Pictures are a sentimental memento of your wedding day and I encourage you to have pictures taken. But the cost can be prohibitive. A professional wedding photographer will cost several thousand dollars. Prices will vary looking of your package. A less pricey choice is to purchase a bunch of disposable cameras and leave one on each table so your guests can take pictures for you. The downsides are low quality and lack of the ability to control the pictures taken. If you use a professional you can give him/her a list of the pictures that you can't live without.

Wedding Video - Prices and quality vary with videographer as well. But if you are planning a wedding on a budget you can probably skip it. But sometimes you can skip the photograph, instead only just hire videographer to capture moving picture of special wedding moment. It all comes back to your preference, which one do you need. My preference is hire wedding videographer since you could watch it, especially I love moving picture than still photograph, and you can feel the moment and excitement of your family and friends in your wedding.

Wedding Car - Skip the Hummer or Rolls Royce models and stick with a standard limo and you'll save substantially. Or you could use your own car to cut the budget down.

Luckily there are numerous things you can do to have your dream wedding without breaking the bank. Make sure you shop around and get at least 3 quotes for every service – you will be amazed how much they vary. Also do not be afraid to negotiate with the vendors. Perhaps tell them you just adore their work but they are a little too costly, ask them what they could do to have the price suitable within your budget. Ask them their cost first. If they try to tell you they have many packages ask them what their most popular price point is. It also doesn’t hurt to let it slip that you will be seeing some of their rivals as well.

Every detail in your wedding accessories play an important part of your wedding, the bride must have her accessories to go with her wedding attire and the groom also needs his. Accessories add those finishing touches to every wedding that every couple are going for.

Here is a brief guide that will give you some things to consider about wedding accessories.

Wedding accessories for the bride
Wedding veils
Would a wedding be complete without a wedding veil. Of course you’ve probably seen weddings where brides where gowns without veils but it sure don’t look much like a wedding. A wedding veil, along with the ring and cord, is one wedding accessories that symbolizes the wedding itself. In picking out a wedding veil make sure that it will suit your wedding gown and the theme of your wedding. Traditional veils are very formal and usually measure around three and a half yards long. Veils nowadays come in various lengths. There is even a shoulder length flyaway type that is preferred by many modern brides.

Wedding Jewelry
Aside from the wedding band and wedding ring, you should also take time to consider the other jewelry you will ear like necklace, earrings and bracelet. Jewelry should always compliment a dress and not be the star of the evening. So make sure that the jewelry you will wear would be noticeable enough to get attention but not too loud as to over shadow your wedding gown. Consider wearing family heirlooms because they are proven to be an ideal wedding accessory. Of course, diamonds and pearls would also be very nice.

Headpieces for Bride
Headpieces such as combs, headbands, back pieces and Juliet caps are generally used to hold the wedding veil in place. Often, headpieces are decorated with beads, pearls, crystals or flowers to make them look attractive. It seems like a small detail but a headpiece can spell the difference between a boring wedding attire and an exciting one. Actually, a beautiful headpiece can even replace a veil altogether. Examples of headpieces that can stand alone are tiaras, crowns, half-crowns, wreaths and bun wraps.

Shoes and stockings for Bride
Shoes and stockings are a crucial element to your overall look on your wedding day. All girls know how difficult it is to find a shoe that will complement attire. What more if you are trying to look for a pair that would match your wedding gown. Try to look for shoes made of velvet, satin and silk as these materials provide a formal and delicate touch to any event. You can also choose shoes with embellishment like beads, sequins, pearls or crystals. Just make sure that the shoes you will buy is comfortable on your feet because you will ear them on probably the most important event of your life.

Gloves
Gloves make great accessories especially if you are wearing a strapless or sleeveless gown. The general rule is that the shorter the sleeve the longer the glove should be. Gloves simply provide an air of sophistication to any outfit.

Handbags
Of course you shouldn’t be carrying a bag with you during the wedding ceremony or even during the reception. But still it would be nice to have a small purse where all the things you will need, particularly make up for touch ups, would be contained. It doesn’t have to be a big shoulder bag. Clutches will work just fine.

For conclusion, everyone wants to look individual on their big day. Creating your own wedding accessory gives your wedding that much more personal feel to it and makes you feel good when you walk down the aisle with your own unique accessory and everyone gapes at how wonderful it is and asks where you bought it. Creating your own wedding accessories is also a lot cheaper than buying them.
So you don’t need to go out spending a fortune on beaded white shoes, just buy a plain pair and bead them yourself. You don’t need to spend fortunes on a handbag, just buy a plain and decorate it yourself. It’s as simple as this, accessories can be made cheaply and beautifully by you and when you make them they are unique and personal.

Wedding Budget Essential

So now comes the fun of planning the wedding, the big day, the big event. The most important part of the planning is determining the budget. So you need to set your budget carefully and stuck to it. If you overrun, even a little, it could cost you thousands of dollars.

Set your budget very carefully – nobody wishes to drop every last nickel they have on their wedding yet each couple dreams of the perfect wedding. Gone are the days of parents footing the bill for the wedding, in fact 4 out of 5 couples today pay for their own weddings. So that likely means you are.
If you are projecting on getting married in the near future, you should begin considering virtually what is most essential to you now. Sit down with your significant other and bring in a list of everything that you would wish to get and rank them. Determine what you could live without, what you would genuinely like to have, and what you absolutely must have. This will help you prioritise when it does to allocating money.
Money is the number one matter that wedded couples fight about. Wedding costs can rapidly escalate out of control which is why it's so serious to start the planning by devising a naturalistic budget. And once you've come with the numbers , it's evenly crucial that you both stick to the budget.
And while a wedding budget doesn't sound all that glamorous, it doesn't have to be a terrible thing. In fact, planning your wedding without a budget is almost guaranteed to land you into difficult financial debt. What's the key to success? As it will be throughout your marriage, open, honest, two-party communication is an absolute must.
Listening to your partner's opinion is as important as talking so be sure to do both. Then, create a list of what you both desire and what are absolute essentials for your wedding. You're going to apply this information when it's time to allocate your wedding budget.
When you know where the money's coming from and how much is coming, you'll know how much you'll be able to spend. Now create different list of every wedding-related expenses and allocate amount or the percentage you're happy to spend next to each item. Remember that if you exceed your budgeted amount in one category, you'll have to scale back another so your weeding budget will stay balanced. Because budgeting is so very critical for most couples.
In conclusion, there are many other directions to plan a budget wedding. Careful thought and careful choice of services you buy and guests you invite should be at the forefront of your mind. Cut the guest list to let in only friends and family that are close to you. This is rough to do but sometimes it is needed if the cost per guest is going to break your wedding budget. Think about it like this; you can simply cross off the names on the list of guests who might feel obligated to come to the wedding if they are requested, but would not be upset in the least if they are not asked to attend. Invite only the people who are important to you and your parents, rather than everyone you know. This is the almost cost-saving thing you can do in planning your budget wedding.
