Wedding Planner – Whether you want to hire or not, it up to your need and budgeting. But I find using wedding planner can be helpful and stress free, because they organize all the things we need. What to be done and all the little things such as flower bouquet, meeting with all vendors to make your wedding goes smooth and merry.

Wedding dress – Wedding dress for brides can quite be expensive, but if you on the low cost budgeting you can always rent for the used one. But if not, you can make a new one specifically design for your special wedding theme. Choose your designer that understands about your shape of body, so that it will perfectly suit you and it must comfortable when you wearing it, since you will be wearing for whole day of your wedding.

Wedding Invitation – How much? You need to answer this question alone. The wedding invitation card price may vary depending how big the card, what paper used, and a lot of things contain in producing invitation card for your memorable wedding. Try to look around first to many services that provide it.

Food for your wedding - Price and quality do not always go together when it comes to food. I've been to pricey wedding reception with terrible food. And I have been to low budget weddings where the food was fabulous. It's very important to ask around for thoughts about numerous wedding catering and if possible go for a sampling before taking a caterer. Also, buffets are mostly less expensive than a sit down dinner.

Location for your wedding - If you are looking to save money, consider having your wedding ceremony in a park or different outside area, even a friend's backyard. But if you’re up to the budget you could find wedding venues for special elegant wedding ideas to implement it.

Time - Weekend evenings are the busiest time for weddings and you will pay a premium for them.

Music for your wedding - DJs are in general much cheaper than live bands. Or if money is particularly tight for your wedding music budget, consider not having music or just playing your own or ask for your friends and relative that have talent in music to perform in your wedding. Sometimes it will make the atmosphere lively.

Flowers in your wedding - Prices for flowers can vary wildly from florist to other. It really pays to shop around. Also, if you use flowers that are in season and available locally you will save money. Out of season flowers have to be shipped from other parts of the world and you will pay considerably extra for them. Or alternatively you could mix fresh flowers and artificial flowers selection in your wedding reception. Ask for your wedding decorator to put the fresh one for example in your wedding tables, and maybe the artificial around the venue mixed with the fresh ones.

Wedding Gift – Gift made especially for your wedding by souvenir maker or if you want to be creative you could make your own to be special. Try to browse books and internet related to make your wedding gift for your guest of your wedding.

Wedding Photograph - Pictures are a sentimental memento of your wedding day and I encourage you to have pictures taken. But the cost can be prohibitive. A professional wedding photographer will cost several thousand dollars. Prices will vary looking of your package. A less pricey choice is to purchase a bunch of disposable cameras and leave one on each table so your guests can take pictures for you. The downsides are low quality and lack of the ability to control the pictures taken. If you use a professional you can give him/her a list of the pictures that you can't live without.

Wedding Video - Prices and quality vary with videographer as well. But if you are planning a wedding on a budget you can probably skip it. But sometimes you can skip the photograph, instead only just hire videographer to capture moving picture of special wedding moment. It all comes back to your preference, which one do you need. My preference is hire wedding videographer since you could watch it, especially I love moving picture than still photograph, and you can feel the moment and excitement of your family and friends in your wedding.

Wedding Car - Skip the Hummer or Rolls Royce models and stick with a standard limo and you'll save substantially. Or you could use your own car to cut the budget down.

Luckily there are numerous things you can do to have your dream wedding without breaking the bank. Make sure you shop around and get at least 3 quotes for every service – you will be amazed how much they vary. Also do not be afraid to negotiate with the vendors. Perhaps tell them you just adore their work but they are a little too costly, ask them what they could do to have the price suitable within your budget. Ask them their cost first. If they try to tell you they have many packages ask them what their most popular price point is. It also doesn’t hurt to let it slip that you will be seeing some of their rivals as well.
